Self Care for Mind, Body, Spirit
Description:
This 1 to 2 hour class honors the relationship that physical ailments have to the mind, body, spirit connection. It includes background on the human energy system and using energy for healing. You will learn some methods of Healing Touch to increase peace and well-being and improve health for yourself and others. With these techniques it is possible to decrease pain, anxiety, and stress. It teaches how to focus and attend to self and others in a conscious, heart-centered way.
